The development of a Lexicon on the Culture of Lawfulness is a project that has brought together the efforts of many researchers, building upon the previous nine Workshops on the Culture of Lawfulness (WCL) held in 2008, 2009, 2012 (2), 2018 (2), 2019, and 2020. To date, more than 230 entries have been published in Eunomía. Revista en Cultura de la Legalidad and are available on the CulturLeg portal. With the aim of advancing the creation of this lexicon, the following entries will be presented and discussed during this X Workshop:

Conflicting Temporalities: The Sacchi v. Argentina Case and Children's Rights in Climate Litigation - Florencia Paz Landeira (University College Cork, School of Law).
