The Culture of Legality refers to an interdisciplinary conceptual framework that integrates various legal, political, administrative, sociological, and philosophical perspectives. The project proposes the study of the articulation of the requirement to comply with laws and the criteria that favor it, with the reliability conditions of public institutions and their actions. Thus, the variables of democratic participation and civil society; the demand for transparency and accountability from public authorities; the fight against corruption and the defense of social probity; or the articulation between habits of obedience and public opinion emerge as central issues of this theme.
