The execution of the research project has aimed to deepen the study of the dynamics of civil society as an agent that is progressively assuming a central role in the development of an advanced democratic society. This dimension of theoretical-political analysis has highlighted the novel phenomenon that the interaction at multiple levels of relationship between civil society and the State has generated new formulas for the production of legal norms.

Among the various aspects analyzed, a particularly relevant case is the study of Law 52/2007, of December 26, which recognizes and expands rights and establishes measures in favor of those who suffered persecution or violence during the civil war and the dictatorship, as well as the circumstances that accompanied its legislative processing.
