87º TDJ: «Structural Inequality in the Face of Equalizing Interpretative Codes»

On Monday, December 4, 2023, Franco Gatti (University of Rosario, Argentina) will participate in the 87th session of the TDJ workshop to present the paper: "Structural Inequality in the Face of Equalizing Interpretative Codes".

Franco Gatti is a lawyer with honors from the National University of Rosario, Argentina. He is a specialist in Global Public Law and holds a Master's in Global Rule of Law and Constitutional Democracy, graduating with extraordinary top honors from the University of Genoa, Italy. He serves as an Assistant Professor, by competition, at the National University of Rosario, Argentina, in the subjects: Introduction to Law, Introduction to Philosophy, Philosophy of Law, Constitutional Law, and Current Issues in Human Rights. He is a professor in various graduate programs at national and international universities (including those in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, and Paraguay). Additionally, he directs accredited research projects at the National University of Rosario and is a participating researcher in other projects in Argentina and Spain. He was a professional visitor at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (2017) and a Research Fellow at the National Interuniversity Council (2016). He is the co-author of books, author of book chapters, scientific articles, and popular texts.
