Legal disciplines in the face of the ecological question

The research group on law and justice and EcoGentium are organizing this online seminar, which brings together national and international specialists to analyze how different branches of law are addressing the ecological challenge.

Throughout the day, key issues will be addressed from perspectives such as international, constitutional, criminal, civil, and administrative law, as well as the philosophy of law, offering an interdisciplinary and up-to-date view of the ecological shift in the legal field.
