Jaime Gajardo Falcón, associate researcher in projects of the Research Group on Law and Justice, has been selected to occupy the position of Undersecretary of Justice of the government of Gabriel Boric, Chile. Jaime Gajardo holds a doctorate in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid and has taught at several Chilean universities, including the Diego Portales University.
