Eduardo García Ortiz achieved the highest grade, Summa cum laude, in the defense of his doctoral thesis.

His work is titled “Merit: Parameters and Functions in the Dimensions of Justice” and was conducted under the supervision of Dr. José M. Sauca Cano, professor in the Department of International Law, Ecclesiastical Law, and Philosophy of Law at Carlos III University of Madrid.
