91º TDJ: «El constitucionalismo garantista para condiciones reales menos razonables»

On Thursday, March 07, 2024, Juan José Janampa Almora (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid) will participate in the 91st session of the TDJ workshop to present the paper: "El constitucionalismo garantista para condiciones reales menos razonables".

Lawyer by the National University of San Cristobal de Huamanga, Juan José Janampa is currently a predoctoral researcher in Advanced Studies in Human Rights at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He has done research stays at the Università degli Studi di Palermo and the Università di Pisa. He has been a professor at the Universidad Nacional de San Cristobal de Huamanga. He holds a Master's Degree in Constitutional Law from the CEPC in Spain, a Master's Degree in Advanced Studies in Human Rights from the UC3M and a Master's Degree in Democracy and Good Governance from the University of Salamanca. Among his main topics of study and research are: the philosophical foundations of democratic constitutionalism, constitutional interpretation and argumentation, fundamental social rights and constitutional judgments in comparative perspective.
