Professor Diego Borbón, from Universidad Externado de Colombia, will present the lecture entitled “New NeuroRights: A misstep in legal evolution?” במסגרת the “Interest Group on Emerging Rights – Online Seminars” series.

He is a professor and researcher at the Center for Studies in Genetics and Law. He serves as Director of the Research Group in Biological Sciences and Law at Universidad Externado de Colombia. He teaches in the Intensification Seminar and in the Common Training Area for Postgraduate Research in Neurolaw, Artificial Intelligence, and New Technologies. He is also a professor in the Master’s program in Medical Law and editor of the journal Derecho y Vida – Ius et Vita (ISSN 1692-6455).
