States coexist with the migratory phenomenon but are often reluctant to assume international commitments. The particular situation of immigrant women in special vulnerability carries special significance.

The implementation of this project is justified by the need to establish an interdisciplinary academic space in which to address the conceptual framework from which it is possible to contribute to the solution of the legal problems that arise when designing public policies for the promotion of equality and the integration of migrant women and their protection against violence associated with their dual condition as women and migrants.
